Job Description
We're looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager who is adept at navigating complex sales landscapes and is passionate about technology and the advantages of digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge software and services to a diverse range of customers, many of whom may initially lack understanding about the benefits of digitalization.
Your Tasks
- Strategic Sales Plan
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Relationship building
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Effective communication
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software and services, especially to customers who may not immediately grasp the advantages of digitalization.
- Presentation & Demonstration
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to a range of audiences, from IT professionals to top executives.
- Problem understanding
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Communicate the requirements to the technology team to ensure we provide practical relevant solutions
- Development Feedback
- Provide feedback to the product development team, contributing to the overall improvement and refinement of our software solutions.
- Market analysis
- Actively keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Desired Skills & Requirements
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales executive in a SaaS or retail software environment.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and how they create value for clients.
- Experience in educating clients on the benefits and ROI of digital transformation and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Work experience of 5 years to 8 years.
