Top up your credit. Simply pay your bills.

With credit in your customer account , you can conveniently pay for our services in advance - especially practical for international payments without a foreign bank transfer.

Briefly explained

  1. Select amount & pay - Top up your personal balance using the Stripe payment form above.

  2. Manual allocation - We will allocate your payment to your customer account within 1 working day. Please enter your customer number on next screen.

  3. Settle invoices - The credit balance will be offset against our invoices for services rendered.

Note: If no further services are booked within 36 months, the remaining credit will expire automatically. A payout is excluded.

Legal information

  • Earmarking: Credit is used exclusively to settle our invoices (own services).

  • No payout: A payout in cash is excluded.

  • Validity: We use the credit for services rendered. If no further services are booked within 36 months, the credit expires.

  • Tax: VAT is charged when an invoice is issued, not when the credit is topped up.

  • Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback/card dispute, the credit balance can be retroactively corrected or temporarily blocked until the dispute is resolved.
